Michael Nti Ababio

Michael Nti Ababio is a trained Public health researcher and a Development planner. He obtained his BSc and MPH(awaiting final award) degrees from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Michael is currently a Research Assistant at the Nebraska Academy for Methodology and Analytics in USA where he provides analytical, methodological and data management support for a variety of projects. Prior to his current role, he worked in Public Health for three  years in several capacities as an Assistant Project Manager, Field Researcher and Clinical Research Coordinator in clinical trials (Stage II and IV), intervention studies, seroepidemiological studies and surveillance studies funded by the Bill and Melinda gates Foundation, IDRC, EDTCP etc.

His current research interest is in health behavior, uptake of health interventions, sexual health and the promotion of healthy places.  It is his goal to enroll in a PhD program to further enhance his research and problem-solving skills for a life-long career in research.
